En Clean Ventures estamos comprometidos con ofrecer un servicio transparente y de excelencia. Le solicitamos leer cuidadosamente nuestra política de devolución.
1. Política General
Todas las ventas son finales.
No se realizan devoluciones ni reembolsos, salvo lo expresamente indicado en esta política.
2. Servicio de Autoservicio (Lavadoras y Secadoras)
Todas las ventas en el área de autoservicio son finales.
Clean Ventures no es responsable por el uso indebido o incorrecto de las lavadoras y secadoras por parte del cliente.
En caso de presentarse una falla técnica durante el uso del equipo, haremos todo esfuerzo razonable para ofrecer una solución justa en el momento en que ocurra la situación. Es indispensable notificar al personal inmediatamente para poder evaluar el caso.
3. Servicio de Lavar, Secar y Doblar (Drop-Off)
Todas las ventas del servicio de Lavar, Secar y Doblar son finales.
Si existe alguna inquietud relacionada con su orden, deberá notificarse dentro de las primeras 24 horas posteriores a la recogida para poder evaluar y atender la situación oportunamente.
4. Ventas al Detal (Retail)
Todas las ventas al detal son finales.
No se permiten devoluciones ni cambios en productos de consumo, incluyendo, pero no limitándose a:
Detergentes y productos de limpieza
Productos perecederos (alimentos o bebidas)
Accesorios de lavandería
Mercancía abierta o utilizada
5. Artículos No Retornables
Los siguientes artículos no son reembolsables bajo ninguna circunstancia:
Tarjetas de regalo
Artículos en promoción o con descuento
Créditos o servicios prepagados
6. Modificaciones a la Política
Clean Ventures LLC se reserva el derecho de modificar o actualizar esta Política de Devoluciones en cualquier momento, sin previo aviso.

2. Laundromat Self-Service (Washers & Dryers)
All laundromat sales are final.
Clean Ventures is not responsible for improper use or operation of washers and dryers by customers.
In the event of a technical malfunction during use, we will make every reasonable effort to provide an immediate and fair resolution at the time the issue occurs. Customers must notify staff immediately so the situation can be evaluated.
3. Wash, Dry & Fold (Drop-Off Service)
All Wash, Dry & Fold sales are final.
If there is a concern regarding your order, it must be reported within 24 hours of pickup so we may review and address the matter promptly.
4. Retail Sales
All retail sales are final.
No returns or exchanges are allowed for consumer goods, including but not limited to:
Detergents and cleaning supplies
Perishable goods (food or beverage items)
Laundry accessories
Any opened or used merchandise
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable:
Gift cards
Promotional or discounted items
Prepaid service credits
6. Policy Modifications
Clean Ventures LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
